j5jl Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "j5jl," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operator of the j5jl gaming platform at j5jl.vip, licensed under PAGCOR.
• "Platform" means the j5jl website, mobile-optimized interface, and all gaming, financial, and account management services accessible through j5jl.vip.
• "User," "Player," or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the j5jl Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the j5jl Platform, including all associated wallet balances, history, bonuses, and personal information.
• "Real Money Play" means any gameplay conducted using PHP funds deposited into or credited to a j5jl Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded by j5jl under a promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements and separate bonus terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and supervises the j5jl Platform.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the sole currency in which j5jl Account balances are denominated.
• "GCash" and "PayMaya" refer to Philippine mobile wallet services that j5jl supports as primary payment channels, subject to the terms and availability of those respective services.

By accessing, registering with, or using the j5jl Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies, rules, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the j5jl Privacy Policy and responsible gaming guidelines.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the j5jl Platform and must not create or attempt to create an account.

j5jl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via the Platform and, where practicable, by email to registered account holders. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly displayed at the top of this document.

Access to j5jl real-money gaming services is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Access to the j5jl Platform by individuals under 21 years old is strictly prohibited under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted at the time of play.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of j5jl, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period, whether activated voluntarily on j5jl or mandated by PAGCOR or any competent authority.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into and be bound by this agreement under applicable Philippine law.

To access real-money gaming services on j5jl, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions govern account creation and ongoing account security:

4.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, a valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address where applicable. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

4.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active j5jl account at any given time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited. j5jl uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited without prior notice.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j5jl login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs). You must not share your account credentials with any other person. j5jl will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. You agree to notify j5jl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 Account Verification

j5jl may require you to submit supporting documentation — such as a copy of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by j5jl may result in withdrawal holds, account restrictions, or account suspension.

All deposits into a j5jl Account must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made on behalf of another person — are prohibited.

• The minimum deposit amount at j5jl is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and account verification status.
• Supported deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Method availability is subject to change and may vary based on current system availability.
• j5jl does not accept deposits made in any currency other than Philippine Peso (PHP).
• Deposits made by credit card or any financing facility are subject to the additional terms of that payment provider. j5jl strongly advises against using credit facilities to fund gambling activity.
• j5jl reserves the right to reverse or refuse any deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests at j5jl are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period may apply.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. j5jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• j5jl reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification prior to processing any withdrawal request, as required under PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only funds in the real-money portion of your j5jl wallet balance are available for withdrawal.
• j5jl targets processing of verified GCash withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) to twenty (20) minutes. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the operating schedules of the receiving financial institution.
• j5jl does not charge standard withdrawal fees for withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, or InstaPay. Bank transfer fees, where applicable, will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request.

j5jl offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who hold a verified j5jl account in good standing.
• Each promotional offer specifies the wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus value must be wagered thirty times).
• j5jl reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or limit any promotional offer at any time, including for individual accounts where bonus abuse is suspected.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds are exhausted unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Attempting to exploit bonus terms through strategic low-risk wagering patterns, account collusion, or other manipulative strategies is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and bonus forfeiture.

All games available on the j5jl Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer equipment that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. The following conditions govern gameplay:

• Game rules specific to each title — including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, paytables, bonus round mechanics, and live table procedures — are available within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, j5jl's system will log the game state at the point of interruption. Bets placed before the disconnection will be settled according to the game's outcome when it is resolved or, where resolution is not possible, refunded at j5jl's discretion.
• j5jl reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that could affect the integrity of the game result.
• Displayed jackpot values, particularly for progressive jackpots, are indicative and updated in near-real-time. j5jl is not liable for minor discrepancies between displayed and final jackpot values resulting from system update latency.
• All game results on j5jl are final once confirmed by the game engine. j5jl does not accept retrospective disputes about game outcomes where the game functioned correctly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j5jl Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age, or providing false age information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating multiple j5jl accounts, whether under the same or different identifying information.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players, j5jl employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of advantage play that j5jl determines to be exploitative of software errors, game vulnerabilities, or bonus terms in bad faith.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or otherwise tamper with j5jl's software, game engines, or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j5jl staff, support personnel, or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent geographic access restrictions.

j5jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following responsible gaming terms apply to all j5jl accounts:

• All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through the j5jl account settings panel. These tools are available to all registered players at all times.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary breaks from the Platform — can be self-activated for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without requiring support contact.
• Permanent self-exclusion is available to any player who believes their gaming has become problematic. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period as specified in the self-exclusion tool, and j5jl will take reasonable steps to enforce this restriction across the Platform.
• Any balance remaining in an account at the time self-exclusion is activated will be held and processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method, provided identity verification requirements are met.
• j5jl maintains a list of self-excluded players and will not knowingly permit a self-excluded individual to create a new account or access the Platform during their exclusion period.
• Players who are minors, or who are gaming on behalf of a minor, are prohibited from using the j5jl Platform. PAGCOR's 21+ age restriction is a non-negotiable legal requirement, not a guideline.

All content on the j5jl Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, brand names, trademarks, interface designs, game mechanics, text, and audio — is the proprietary property of j5jl or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j5jl Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any j5jl content.

Any unauthorized use of j5jl's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, j5jl's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the j5jl Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j5jl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data arising from use of or inability to use the j5jl Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, natural events, government action, or force majeure events outside j5jl's reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banking institutions.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials.
• Actions taken by j5jl in good faith compliance with PAGCOR directives or Philippine law enforcement requirements.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit j5jl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

j5jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any j5jl account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the specified period.
• Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age.
• Detection of duplicate or connected accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Direction from PAGCOR, a Philippine court, or other competent authority.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, j5jl will conduct the investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the affected player. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms resulting in forfeiture, the player will be notified of the grounds for closure.

Verified real-money balances in accounts closed for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable verification requirements are satisfied.

j5jl collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with the j5jl Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering with j5jl, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data submitted during account registration — including your name, mobile number, date of birth, and identification documents — is used to fulfil j5jl's identity verification and PAGCOR compliance obligations. This data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

j5jl may be required to disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government bodies pursuant to applicable law. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of j5jl's privacy obligations.

j5jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, j5jl will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document;
• Post a notice on the j5jl Platform homepage or in-account notification system for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change; and
• Where practicable, notify registered players by email or SMS of significant amendments.

Your continued use of the j5jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting j5jl support.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the j5jl Platform or these Terms shall first be submitted to j5jl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting j5jl customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. j5jl will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through j5jl's internal process, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations and procedures. PAGCOR's determination shall be binding on j5jl as the licensed operator.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's right to seek relief through the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
